User License Agreement

Last updated: May 9, 2026

1. Introduction

Assembly Softworks (hereinafter "Assembly", "Provider", "we"), publishes this User License Agreement to define the terms under which individuals may access and use Services offered through our website at assembly.lol (the "Site").

This document constitutes a binding agreement. By completing a purchase or otherwise obtaining access to any of our Services, you (the "User", "you") acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted every provision contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, do not proceed with purchasing or using our Services.

2. Definitions

  • Agreement — this User License Agreement, including any future amendments published on the Site.
  • User — any individual who accepts the terms of this Agreement and purchases or uses our Services.
  • Acceptance — the act of agreeing to all terms set forth in this Agreement, confirmed by completing a payment or using the Services.
  • Service — access to software developed by Assembly, as described on the Site, along with related technical support.
  • Software — programs created by Assembly and made available for purchase through the Site.
  • Order — a request submitted by the User through the Site to purchase a specific Service.

3. Scope of the Agreement

This Agreement covers the provision of Services as listed on the Site at the time of Order placement. Pricing and available Services may be updated periodically; however, the terms applicable at the moment of your Order remain in effect for that transaction.

Assembly provides access to its Software and offers technical assistance but does not warrant uninterrupted availability or indefinite compatibility with third-party platforms, game updates, or operating system changes.

This Agreement, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, represents the complete understanding between you and Assembly.

4. Placing an Order

Orders are placed through the Site. During registration, you must provide a valid username and email address. Submitting an Order and completing payment confirms your acceptance of this Agreement. The Agreement is considered effective from the date of payment.

All descriptions and materials presented on the Site are informational and may not capture every detail of a Service. If you have questions, contact us before placing an Order.

5. Fulfillment

Orders are typically fulfilled within one (1) business day. In certain cases, a different timeline may be communicated to you individually. If we are unable to deliver a Service for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel that portion of your Order and will notify you by email.

An Order is considered fulfilled once access to the Software has been granted, as recorded by our systems. We are not responsible for how the Software is used after access is provided.

If inaccurate contact details are provided, we cannot be held liable for delivery issues. If a fulfillment error occurs on our side, we will re-process the Order at no extra cost.

6. Payment

Payments may be made using any method available on the Site, including bank cards, digital wallets, or other supported options. A receipt or confirmation serves as proof of payment.

Prices displayed on the Site may be changed at our discretion, but changes will not affect Orders that have already been paid for.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an Order at any time before fulfillment. Fulfillment occurs when access to the Software is granted — not when the Software is first used.

If you believe a Service was delivered in an unsatisfactory state (see Section 14), you must notify us immediately through the support system in your account.

Refunds for satisfactory Services are available only when all of the following conditions are met:

  • No successful launch of the Software has been recorded by our systems.
  • You have not declined our assistance in resolving launch issues caused by third-party software or system configuration.
  • You have followed all troubleshooting instructions provided by our support team.

Refunds for unsatisfactory Services:

  • Submit a request through the support system in your account.
  • Refund requests must be filed within seven (7) calendar days of access being granted.
  • We will review your request within ten (10) business days.
  • Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within five (5) business days. If the original method is unavailable, an alternative will be agreed upon.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if required information is not provided or if our troubleshooting guidance has been disregarded.

8. Our Obligations

  • Deliver Services of proper quality within the agreed timeframe, including access to the Software and technical support.
  • Keep your personal data confidential and use it only for purposes related to fulfilling this Agreement.
  • Notify Users of pricing changes by updating the relevant information on the Site.

9. Your Obligations

  • Pay for Services promptly and in accordance with the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing an Order.
  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and this Agreement.
  • Do not transfer, sell, share, or exchange access to any Service with third parties. Violations may result in permanent access revocation without refund.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site and all content, materials, and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular result from using our Software.

Neither Assembly nor its partners shall be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to account actions taken by third-party platforms, loss of game progress, or any other material or non-material losses.

You understand and accept the risks associated with using the Software. If claims are brought against Assembly by third parties or authorities as a result of your actions, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against all related costs and damages.

11. Modifications

Assembly may amend this Agreement at any time. The updated version takes effect upon publication on the Site unless stated otherwise. Changes apply only to Orders placed after the new version becomes effective.

It is your responsibility to review the current version of this Agreement before placing a new Order.

12. Personal Data

By accepting this Agreement, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable Romanian and European Union data protection legislation, including GDPR.

Your data may be used for the purposes of fulfilling this Agreement by Assembly and its authorized partners. Detailed information about how we handle personal data is available in our Privacy Policy on the Site.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of Romania and applicable European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.

This Agreement applies to all Services provided under the Assembly brand by Assembly Softworks.

14. Service Quality Standards

Satisfactory Service:

Software that operates as intended and functions correctly on our systems and those of other Users, as verified by our internal records.

Unsatisfactory Service:

A situation where access to the Software cannot be granted or the Software cannot be launched due to an issue on our end. Problems caused by incompatibility with your hardware, third-party software, or updates from game platforms do not qualify as unsatisfactory service.
